Our Programs
As our society becomes increasingly diverse, it is important for young adults to interact with people from different ethnic backgrounds. Connect Culture was founded with this goal in mind by hosting events and activities that bring together students from different schools and ethnic backgrounds. These events are designed to be fun and engaging, while also promoting cross-cultural understanding and appreciation.
Events
Connect Culture NYC hosts interactive workshops to depict different aspects of culture such as food, language, music, dance, etc. through fun and engaging events in partnership with local and national organizations.
Dinners
We host community dinners in all five boroughs in partnership with Breaking Bread, Building Bonds, and facilitate conversations with people from all walks of life, while learning about the rich cultural diversity that makes New York City so special.
Travel
At Connect Culture NYC, we believe that travel is an integral part of learning about culture, that's why we have partnered with The Combat Antisemitism Movement to host a contest allowing high school students the opportunity to travel to Israel this summer!
